I used mobile order for a large coke and medium fries. Now price wise it was great, the mobile app had a coupon for a free medium fries with any purchase of at least one dollar. All drinks are still one dollar so I ordered the drink and fee fries. I stopped only for a quick snack while I waited for a pizza that I ordered from a nearby location. This was anything but quick. It took nearly 15 minutes to get my drink and fries. I could see my order on the board on the in progress list side. I could hear the employees continuously refer to the mobile order . However it seemed they just couldn 't get that one cup of soda a medium fries put together and out the door in any timely manner. I dont kn...
The experience was completely redeemed by the exceptional customer service from the manager, Eric, and an employee named Faith. They were amazing and genuinely brightened my day. Although the cash-only policy was due to system issues beyond their control, they patiently explained the situation and reassured me about my online order. To top it off, they kindly offered me a complimentary item to help ease my frustration. After a long, difficult day, Eric and Faith were a refreshing change. Having lived nearby for five years, this was the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Thank you, Eric and Faith, for your outstanding support!
Usually not too bad. This time, wasn?t great. Pulled up to the window and one of the employees was carrying her baby around behind the counter. Less than a year old, maybe 6months. I understand if she?s in a tough spot, but babies throw up, spit up,etc at unpredictable times. Not sure if I want that around my food. Also dangerous for the baby? Anyways, fries were probablythe worst I had ever had from McDonald?s, weren?t cold but somehow still tasted like they had been left out for 3 hours. Nuggetswere okay. Maybe they had the baby working the fryer. Not sure I?ve ever seen anything like that before, even at a fast foodjoint.
I ordered a kids meal for my grandson .6 piece nuggets and fruit punch. I paid with my debit card and got a receipt for $7:18. I drove to 2nd window where I was handed a large bag with a straw sticking out The employee said "have a good day, goodby. I droveoff enroute to my destination My grandson opened the bag nothing in it but napkins and a straw. I was in a hurry to get mygrandson to his karate class so I I stopped at a KFC. I assure you I will not be returning to this restaurant or any othermcdonalds-cheat.

We ordered Uber eats from this location. We were missing a large fry and any sauces for our nuggets or mcchicken. They also put a double quarter pounder with cheese that we did not order in the bag. The bun was rock hard and it smelled like it had beensitting out for a long time. Won?t be ordering form here again.
While getting breakfast this morning, around 5:50-6:00 A.M. our cashier Kaylee (sorry didn't ask how to spell her name) was beyond polite. She made a hectic morning go way smoother! She definitely needs a raise or at least more praise!!! She's almostas sweet as a nice cup of southern sweet tea ????
This is one of the better McDonald's locations. I believe it's a franchise because they used to serve breakfast all day, unlike most other places that have stopped offering it. However, they have recently ended the all-day breakfast service.
Food was cold and old. Ask for fresh Fry's and got cold old fries. The sandwiches were all cold. The serves sucked. Won't be going back to this McDonald's again.
