This store seems to be incapable of getting an order right. A problem happens every now and then, oh well stuff happens, but its constant. Tonight, my double cheeseburger combo meal came without the large fries I ordered or the Shamrock shake. Also no straw from my coke but thats merely annoying rather than leaving me still hungry. At least they didnt put ketchup and other stuff on it this time as they did last time despite asking them not to. An item is ALWAYS missing every single time. And sometimes I get a completely different item. If I order a shake theres a 50% chance Ill get nothing, 40% chance Ill get a frozen coffee and a 10% chance my shake will arrive and be the flavor I ordered....
If Im going to be honest, door dashing is not your best resort. You might as well pick up your food while pick up is available. Getting a reliable Dasher and relying that your food will be correct is at best A 60% chance. I wish they gave the option for late night pick up but they dont. Honestly I do not recommend ordering from this McDonalds but if its the closest one to you Im sorry but you got to stick it out with me until they get better.
Everything was stale. We didn’t get our fries, there was no ice in our drinks, and the McChicken was so tough that I thought I might break a tooth trying to bite into it. It seemed like they slathered on a bunch of mayonnaise to mask the fact that the chicken was either overcooked or just old and hard. I was really disappointed, especially since I didn’t get my two large French fries, which are usually the best part. Shaking my head.
I don’t typically write reviews, but my experience last night was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. I visited in the evening, and the person at the counter was incredibly rude. When we said “yes,” they didn’t provide us with a receipt. When I went to pick up my food, I received the completely wrong order, and the woman just told us to “go” as she handed it over. This is the 2nd time I went to this location. Both times I'm waiting to order but they take the orders from 2 cars that came after me that was on the other side while I still sat there. When I say something about it to the girl taking my payment shesays she dont care. If you dont like your job find something else where you dont deal with the public.
I don't usually write reviews, but I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The hash browns I received were stale and old. When the manager offered to fry up fresh ones, she returned with a hash brown that was literally drenched in grease. I recommend going to the McDonald's in Viera instead for better quality food.
Is advertised as open 24 hours but when got there at 2:30am and went through the drive-thur I was told, ?not taking orders because she was by herself? but was taking care of doordash customers. Which there were no one in line so I guess because she?sby herself she can serve one person in drivethru. Horrible management.
It's McDonald's, so you need to keep your expectations in check. Was the service fast? Absolutely. Was the food decent? Yes, it's McDonald's after all. My only issue is with inflation—how on earth is a quarter pounder with cheese and a 10-piece nugget costing $11 now? Réservez une table maintenant
