This is the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I came late with friends in an RV. Not only did they let me order, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Bri the other woman who worked the cashier, made sure that I got my food several times, even gave me a free bottle of water. The food was some of the best I got at McDonald's and was quickly done with the long line. Really glad we stopped here!
My son and I ordered our usual meal and decided to dine-in. our table was not clean even though we requested that the table be cleaned off by the staff. I cleaned the table myself and noticed that as we were eating the staff made no effort to wiping down the tables as we ate for about 30 mins. Our order was made correctly but the staff was not too enthused by our business as they were more focused on their own entertainment among themselves.
So I promised that I would give the manned a good review about her messing up my order and she kindly gave me free hair I didn't even ask for so that I storm my food in the car back into the restaurant and said that her service and her dealing with me is phenomenal is very rare to find a man who is not rude. Whoever was at 5:00 on the 23 deserves a round of applause. I don't know about these other comments, but the manager has it together
Great service very happy with the customer service I parked in a mobile place, I only had to wait about 4 minutes until my food comes out and it was hot and fresh and I am very glad that you guys did a great job you have great staff, I am very clean environment driving the lines are never too long they really go fast, even if they are long
