This is my home store so I visit here often with my kids. I wanted to give a special appreciation for a particular crew member by the name of Erica. She goes above and beyond when my kids order frozen drinks by making them nice, neat and colorful. They really enjoy the presentation and now specifically ask for her by name when placing their orders. Great Customer Service to Erica!!
They can never get an order correct. Ordered hot chocolate and get a cup of hot water. And don 't ever bother getting anything delivered from this location, you will not receive your whole order or anything remotely close to your order and their answer is come to the store and get your forgotten items Staff is rude.
Stopped by for a quick breakfast break while on the road. They had the kiosk order stations with the option to be served. But the service from the human staff here sucks. They were all too busy with the drive through and didn't pay too much attention to customers inside.
Poor customer service. A lot of young people goofing off and not serving customers. Food is cold and in a lot of McDonald's no one covers the registers. They push you to use the kiosk with no paper in the machine to get the order number. It's just ok for a burger. Réservez une table maintenant
I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru at 1:20 PM on February 29th. The staff member seemed unhappy, which made the interaction feel off. If you're not satisfied with your job, it might be worth considering a change.
We used the mobile app. The store had no line. And we had to wait for over 10 minutes for our food in the drive Through. The money taking employee never said a word. Overall the worst McDonalds.
I won't be returning to this restaurant. They need to address their issues. It seems like they try to be clever by serving half-cold items and then pouring hot food on top.
The dining area opens at 5am, this is the 3rd time in the last 2 months I have been here after 6 and they still aren't Réservez une table maintenant
Hours on the door says it opens at 5:00am, I spoke to an employee who said they don’t open at 5?
