Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

Some of their employees are so rude. They were really busy tonight and they only told me my total instead of telling me what I ordered, and that?s Customer Service 101 is to read back the order before the customer pays for it. When I asked what I ordered they got an attitude and after they told me they slammed the window closed. They always have people working in their drive thru that are too busy gossiping during a rush to take care of the customers coming through, the fries they give me are always freezing cold and not even salted and they act like it?s the end of the world when you pull into the drive thru to order and rush you to finish ordering your food.

This restaurant is generally well organized, but we’ve observed that the fries can vary significantly in saltiness—sometimes they’re completely unsalted, and other times they’re overly salty. While much of the McDonald's menu has become quite bland, these inconsistency issues have made our experience less enjoyable, especially with cold and stale food. There’s definitely room for improvement. Our most recent disappointment occurred when we used the online ordering app; when we arrived, there was no order waiting for us. Frustrating!

Yes thanks to the horrendous morning service that has been a routine for years I started making my own turkey sausage breakfast sandwiches. It's alot quicker to cook my own breakfast sandwiches. I cannot remember the last time I was here and the ketchup dispensers worked. Either of them. Really? And Corporate, heaven forbid there would be Gluten free buns. We have an allergy to wheat. We are treated like Lepers.

I had two older ladies take my order at the drive-thru, and I decided to go for the 2 for $4 breakfast deal. They offered me jelly, which really piqued my interest, and I have to say, my sandwich was absolutely amazing—there’s no way I would have tried it without the jelly! This was the best service I’ve ever received at a McDonald's! Réservez une table maintenant

I tried a McRib for the first time, and I was really impressed by the flavor. I expected it to be made with actual rib meat, though. The Macha Frappuccino was as fantastic as ever. Next time, I definitely want to try an applesitter!

Clean and the service was fast (it was not very busy). Food was consistent with all other McDonald's restaurants. They have a self serve kiosk first I've seen in St. Louis.

The food was just fair. Not hot. The total amount was 10 and some changes. Could get a complete meal at Denny's for the same price and better
