This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. It’s currently 3 AM and they're supposed to be open 24 hours. There are three cars ahead of us in the drive-thru, and as we get closer, they inform us that it’s breakfast only and they only accept cash. Then, before we can even place our order, they tell us they’re closed! They claim their system has issues every night after midnight, which I’ve experienced three times now. Save your money and avoid this location. It’s poorly run and badly managed. I’ve made complaints to corporate about my experiences. I recommend the McDonald's in Dorset instead; they are much more customer-friendly.
Typically, I have a great experience at this restaurant. However, it tends to get busier than the nearby McDonald's due to the offices next door. The main issue is the parking lot. People speed around the building in a rush to get into the always congested drive-thru lanes. Some inconsiderate drivers block the one open lane that allows traffic to flow through the lot because they refuse to go around to get in the proper drive-thru line. They used to have a lovely older lady who helped manage the parking lot, but sadly, I believe she has passed away. In short, the parking lot is quite frustrating.
I ended up calling the manager to address the problem, but when he came over, he brought out the sauce nuts and didn't offer a sincere apology. Instead, he made excuses for the employee. To make matters worse, the fries were only partially cooked – half of them were still frozen while the other half looked like they had been stabbed. It was quite ridiculous. I’m grateful I don’t live in the area because I wouldn’t want to return. After reading various reviews, it appears this place has gained a reputation for serving subpar food. Truly disappointing.
This McDonald 's surpasses most on many levels. Food preparation is better than normal. Staff was courteous. Dining area was clean. Condiment station was clean. And to top it off....the restroom (Men 's) was clean. I am hard on any McDonald 's restaurant. This one deserves to know that it 's efforts to be better are noticed!!! Thank you. Wow, the staff was incredibly fast and on point! I didn’t have to repeat my order, and everything was correct and delicious—except for the fries, which were a bit old. But considering it was noon on a Wednesday, that was to be expected. Overall, great job at this location! It’s definitely one of my top three favorites.
