Order from these muppets at your peril! This is quite frankly the worst Mcdonald’s I have ever been in. After ordering a simple meal, i had around a 20 minute wait for the food to arrive, while waiting someone brought back their order from a delivery which had items missing, Another person brought back their order free m the drive through with items missing and someone else came in fro the car park having been waiting for their order to arrive longer than me. After I asked where my order was I was told it was just coming, When it arrived it was just the burger, I asked where the rest of it was and he apologised and came back with some fries, I said how about the drink and he came back with t...

We stopped at a nearby shopping center to charge our Tesla and decided to give McDonald's a try, despite usually avoiding it. Despite the busy crowd, we were warmly greeted by the staff at the door. We enjoyed a hot cake, tea, and coffee. The highlight of our visit was the impeccably clean toilets, even on a busy Saturday night. We were very impressed and would give this restaurant 5 stars.

Just don’t bother….I deliver nearby 6 mornings a week, and have tried several times to get something to eat afterwards. For a store that is advertised as open 24hrs, on average it’s close 8/11 times, as for the other McDonald’s that’s near to the M40 it’s just as bad. McDonald’s J9 M40 now has my custom from now

When it comes to McDonald's locations, this one at the Gateway seems to be quicker in getting our orders. The fries are hit or miss, either perfect or not so great. The food overall tastes delicious, and the drive-thru service is fast and efficient.

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant today! The server was like a ray of sunshine and very attentive. The service was quick and everything was perfect. The food was delicious.
