Worst service ever . Waited at the drive thru speaker for several minutes and no one took my order. Went to the 1st window, no one there. Went to the 2nd window and asked if someone was going to take my order. Was told the manager said to stop takingorders because they had too many cars pulled up waiting for their orders and couldn't handle it. But no one came to the speakerto tell me that they just let me wait. My grandkids really wanted McDonald's so I pulled around and went in I noticed nine carswaiting for their food. Went in someone finally took my order but there are at least seven or eight people waiting for theirorders in the lobby. It took 15 minutes for me to get my food after I or...
I really enjoy this McDonald's location! Almost every morning, I stop by for my mocha frappe and sausage McGriddle, and the staff consistently treat me with kindness and respect. The parking lot is easy to navigate, and the inside is always clean when I visit, with trash bins never overflowing. The employees clearly work hard to serve their customers. While the place can get a bit messy after the lunch rush, they clean up promptly. I will definitely keep coming here and always speak highly of the staff—they're doing an excellent job, especially given the challenging attitudes they sometimes encounter from customers.
Food was not good 1 order of scrambled eggs were clearly scraped from the side of the pan. The second order, which came out 10 minutes later, were burned. Forgot some of our food. Saw 7 people working with only 1 person managing the ordering andfilling of orders for the dining room. There was no conversation among the staff and no one stepped in to help anyone else thatI could see. Disappointing. Will drive to the Mount Dora one the next time because the service is fast, good and correct. P.S. Dining room wasn't cleaned during the 45 minutes we were here.
Using the drive through was a disaster. I waited 28 minutes just to get an answer at the intercom and then be greeted by the rudest women ever. I had no choice but to wait since the inside was already closed and I had placed a mobile order. I would have left if i didn't have a hungry 7 yr old in the backseat. Everything about this visit was disappointing. Horrible way to end 4th of July.

As usual, something wasn’t working during my visit—specifically the frozen Coke and milkshake machines. They seem to be out of order more often than not. I believe the responsibility lies with the company, as they clearly lack proper maintenance of their equipment.
Leave customers in drive-thru waiting don't even brother to inform them that's its close. Advertise open 24hrs but never isHalf of the t time orders are wrong. Mangers and staff need lessons in customers service. Can't believe how much McDonald's has declined..
First of all, the staff were quite rude, particularly some young girls who seemed unprofessional. Additionally, my order was wrong, and the service was terrible. I ended up throwing my food out the window.
McDonald's seems to have lost the attention to detail in their food service and the overall presentation of meals as they leave the kitchen.
