When did fast food restaurants start sending back the same food after correcting an order? From my experience in the industry, we were always required to prepare fresh food rather than returning what was sent back. I usually prefer to handle issues face-to-face, but I had my young grandkids with me this time. It’s been years since I worked in fast food, so maybe things have changed.
Management should make sure employees, especially younger ones, are properly fulfilling customer requests. There’s no excuse for customers to receive food that’s been rushed or carelessly prepared. I stopped by McDonald's late on my way to work and ordered a 10-piece Nugget and a Big Mac. Unfortunately, the nuggets were dry and tough, and the burger was small and also dry—so much so that I could hardly taste it. It’s been a while since I last ordered from McDonald's, and this experience will definitely make me think twice about returning. I might look for a different location instead.
The food and service were great. I forgot to get my beverage so I went back through the line. The young lady apologized and gave me my beverage. She handled the situation very well, unlike another establishment that blamed me for not getting the beverage. I will definitely return to this location for friendly service and hot food. Keep up the good work!
I never receive the correct order at this location. There seems to be a clear disconnect between the payment window and the delivery window. It feels like a game of McDonald’s roulette. I suggest driving a bit further to a better location.

For only 3 cars in line it took awhile (15 mins) to get threw the drive through when I order a kids meal and a meal for myself. But the cashier was extremely nice, and it was great to see everyone wearing a mask!
Clean new restaurant with friendly staff. Don?t know the reason people have given this 3 star previously but definitely this is 5start for me
