I recently visited this McDonald's, and it will be my last trip to this location or any other in the chain. The food I received was consistently cold and stale. I hate to come off as a complainer, but my experience was genuinely disappointing. I even thought about returning for a refund, but the condescending tone of the person I spoke to on the phone made me reconsider—it just didn't seem worth the trouble. In the end, I ended up wasting nearly $20. I would strongly advise steering clear of this restaurant.
Ordered a big meal for my grand daughter's 8th birthday. 80 nuggets 20 cheeseburgers 8 large fries and 4 chicken sandwiches. My grand daughter loves McDonalds. Was helped by manager Latonya who was awesome. I called my order in. She made sure our meal was hot and fresh and ready for pickup on time. We were given plenty of condiments and napkins. It was a wonderful fun filled day. Thank you Miss Latonya and thank you McDonalds for the awesome service
I’ve always had positive experiences at this McDonald's. The staff here work efficiently during both lunch and dinner hours. The managers are hands-on, which establishes a high standard that is consistently impressive. I prefer using the mobile ordering feature because it’s very convenient. Overall, I truly appreciate the dedication of the team at this 4th Street location. Thank you to all the staff!
The food is generally fresh, but I have an issue with the curbside orders. I waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming outside to check on me or inform me that I should go through the drive-thru. This is the second time this has happened, and my food ended up cold. If you're unable to provide proper curbside service, then it's better not to offer it at all.

I ordered children's dishes and they were freshly cooked. But when they took my job, they asked me what sauce I wanted for the chicken nuggets. When I didn't get my order a sauce and they also advertised Jurassic Park toys on their shields outside and I was so excited, but I got a toy horse mentally away. How disappointing is that they become clear?
I tend to visit during off-peak hours, so it's not too crowded. My orders have always been accurate, and the staff is friendly. It's pretty much like any other fast food restaurant. The employees do their jobs well, and the food meets my expectations. I still have a dislike for paper straws, but that's not really their fault.
We have always had positive experiences at this location. We went inside and used the kiosk to place our order. We arrived at 10:40 am for lunch, and our food was served promptly and accurately. The man who was cleaning the tables and the woman who handed us our order were both very friendly and cheerful.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the staff who went out of their way to cheer up my little one while we were in the drive-thru. When my child was upset and crying, one of the employees kindly gave her a toy, which really made me smile. Thank you so much for your kindness!
For a McDonalds this place is one of the better ones. Very clean and modern. Only got 1 order wrong after ordering about 10 times. Overall, it's pretty good.
