I have to say, the staff at this restaurant seems to struggle with getting even the simplest orders right. This is the fifteenth time I’ve received the wrong order. I live in Massapequa, and it's frustrating to waste gas going back to fix mistakes. Definitely check your bags before leaving! I cannot recommend this place at all. I’ll be taking my son somewhere else for his meals. What a disappointment. Service: Takeout.
We have been to this location quite frequently lately. However, I've noticed that it's the only McDonald's that doesn't accept app rewards. They informed us that they're not permitted to do so. The service is very bad, the employees are discriminatory and treat customers badly. Plus the worst thing is that you can't buy hamburgers in the morning, forcing customers to eat other things for breakfast. Most customers speak Spanish and cashiers should speak both languages.
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. I can almost guarantee that something will be wrong with your order each time. The customer service is also very poor. Honestly, you’d be better off going to the locations in Farmingdale or Massapequa instead. Réservez une table maintenant
