We don't eat McDonald many times, but oh my goodness, this is incredible. We came to breakfast today and although it was at the end of the breakfast window, our food was hot and fresh. We pulled the food out of the packaging in my car and my windows steamed. The staff even went out to make us fresh hashbrowns as they were outside, although we were "very willing to take pommes or something like that. Although they asked us if we were willing to wait for our food, our order came super fast and it didn't feel like we were waiting at all. Might be my new Sunday tradition. People watching. This McDonalds crashes and burns on the weekend (Get your workers more help) Never seen so many angry people waiting on food. Some started with defense of the employees and later rightfully turned to anger after waiting 30 plus minutes for food and countless doordash orders being put out and sitting. After 25 minutes I got my two sandwiches (Both wrong ones) and my undercooked hash browns and left hungover with a smile. Will be back as a NFL tradition
Went for lunch last Sunday after Church with my two kids. All tables were filthy dirty. I had to call the young girl who looked like she was working that section to clean any of the tables for us. She used a very dirty wet cloth to wipe the table. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich among two other orders, but they didn't bring it, had to go again on their cashier to ask why the sandwich is missing. We also waited for too long to be served. I wish McDonald place a new management and new team. Thanks!
Something is going on the drive tru service. Second time that I asked for half and a half tea, and then they gave me unsweetened black or cold coffee. I asked for a deluxe crispy chicken meal, they gave me a spicy sandwich in a regular box one day and a quarter pounder sandwich another day. This is unacceptable for my autistic son, who Loves McDonalds, and has no spoken language to express his disappointment.It is so sad for me.
This location follows the other fast food chain model of 2 lanes manned by live people outside to expedite orders. The line moved swiftly and efficiently. Placed order for curbside picked. Wait was less than with other locations but greater than 5 minutes. Lost 1 star because they were out of happy meals. Not sire how that happens but I had bummed young ones.
I often go here for drinks. As with all McDonalds, food is usually not big and tends to make me sick so I avoid it. But the service is amazing! They process people by driving very fast, even if it is busy and are always super, super nice and friendly. All employees I ran into seem to be proud of their jobs and provide an excellent service.
