Pokehub - Réserver une table

I've been here only once and enjoyed the service, food, and atmosphere of the restaurant. The food is fun to order with all the options to choose from. It's a small place with limited seating, but I was able to find seating during my visit. PokeHub is located across the street from Reston Town Square park, where community events are held throughout the year and where you can spend time at any time during the year. In fact, this is how I found out about PokeHub: I was volunteering at the temporarily relocated Reston Multicultural Festival and while on a break, I grabbed lunch inside here. We called ahead to check on the availability of gluten free sauces and were given inaccurate information. I misunderstood how my order was being handled (my own fault) and instead of trying to help me figure out how to fix it, the employees rudely and repeatedly pointed out that they were not to blame. Food was fine, but the only gluten free sauces are plain gf soy, sesame oil, and gochujang. Not super impressed.

I used to like this place a lot. We ordered online for take out. We arrived when it was supposed to be ready. The order wasn't ready and the guy working the counter was really rude. We waited a while and the order never came out of their system. We finally gave up and left. I emailed them for a refund twice, but never got a response. Won't be going back.

The sushirito was enormous! The poke salad cost $17 for a generous portion. This is one of the healthiest dining options available. With ingredients like kale, raw ahi, seaweed, and more, why wouldn't you want to eat here? Rating: 5 out of 5.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant! The service is quick, even during the busy lunch rush, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The portions are huge and the food is consistently delicious.

Food is good but the customers service is terrible. The worker tonight was rude and acted as if he didn’t want to take orders or be at work in general. Training in customer service is strongly needed.

I discovered a cockroach in my dish and the manager failed to address the issue. I have reported this incident to the Virginia health department.

Pretty decent spot. Not the best nor the worst Poke I've ever had. Kudos to the staff... they are extremely friendly and upbeat
