I stop at this McDonald’s from time to time. The service here is unmatched – the folks who work here are always friendly and kind. It’s legitimately a shocker compared to many other fast food establishments I’ve been to. The reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the food doesn’t always taste fresh. Today, for example, the bread on my big Mac was kind of hard. and the fries were fresh, but that’s not always the case to be honest. The positives far outweigh the negatives if you’re looking for a quick bite, however. These folks are fast, friendly, and they keep the restaurant tidy.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. As someone who follows a kosher halal diet, I want to caution other Muslim and Jewish patrons that the staff here may substitute ingredients in your sandwiches—this could be accidental or intentional. When I brought this to the manager's attention, they showed no empathy and suggested that I drive back to resolve the issue, which is unreasonable after already getting home. I did not receive a refund, and I have informed McDonald's corporate about the situation. I will be pursuing a chargeback and have escalated the matter to corporate.
It's an average McDonald's, don't expect anything amazing as far as the food goes. As far as the staff, my suggestion would be to learn who is there when; I would say that most of the staff is very respectful, very nice people, but there are days when the only people working there are workers who don't speak English as a first language so you sometimes get some issues because of that. That being said, the service is typically very good, and the people there are the main reason why this is my main McDonald's.
Julie handles the morning shift, taking orders and processing payments, and it's hard to think of anyone who does their job as well as she does. She takes the time to learn customers' names, stays consistent, and asks pertinent questions about each order. She's truly a standout at this location. If you stop by for breakfast, prepare to be impressed by her professionalism! Réservez une table maintenant
They suck. There's a young lady there that makes a banging Carmel frap. And most of the workers are great. Has nothing to do with them. I ordered there so called home style chicken sandwich. It tasted and looked like a big chicken nugget. If you've had chicken sandwiches from other places that serve them. Mickey D'S is way way below the mark.
Came in to get lunch because the drive thru had a long line. I was the only person in line, waited 5 mins til someone took my order and another 5 mins until I got my order. One double cheeseburger. Need to be able to wait on in house customers in a more timely manner. Otherwise there won’t be any customers dining in.
Giving this location 5 stars based solely on an employee experience I have every time I come get breakfast. Her name is Caitlin she’s at the window when we pick up our food she’s always so polite and has a smile on her face. I recently had a bad morning and I felt better after our encounter
I used to visit this restaurant once or twice a month, but they've recently switched to paper straws, and I won't be returning until they switch back to plastic. I inserted the straw while in the drive-thru, and by the time I got home, it was already falling apart. Réservez une table maintenant
