If i could give less stars i would. Food was very poorly prepared they didn't even gave us some of the items that came with the order. Like fine maybe some missing fries common mistake ,but missing fries ,a whole 20 piece combo , and mixing a vanilla shake with some other drink when the order said vanilla only is way over the top. You can clearly tell the employes do not want to work there.
I 've waited for 20minutes for my order that has been neglected right in front of me which was only missing a frap. I asked why was my order not being processed and the lady said with a straight face can you switch to a different order since we ran out of frap. I wont recommend this store. plus their empoyees are so slow and not moving with the sense of urgency.
I opted for curbside takeout and ordered the Classic Cheeseburger pack. I drove straight home without checking my order, as we were in a hurry and had another appointment waiting for us. To my dismay, when we got home, I discovered that we received only 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 1 large drink. What a disappointment!
