I hadn't been to McDonald's in a few months and was tempted by their advertisements claiming to have the best burgers. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as impressive as I had hoped. They added onion powder to their onions for an extra kick, but that hardly made a difference. After ordering and paying at the touchscreen, I waited about 10 minutes for my meal: a double cheeseburger, fries, and a Sprite. During that time, I watched drive-thru customers get their orders while I sat waiting.
When my food finally arrived, the burger was lukewarm, and the fries were cold and undercooked. The kitchen was loud, filled with chaos, and the employees seemed completely uninterested. I couldn’t understand why I...
There have been many positive changes that have improved the overall experience at this restaurant. The staff is more attentive and the menu has been upgraded. However, I have noticed a trend when using deals from their app where the portion sizes seem to be smaller than normal. For example, the large drink I ordered today was only 3/4 full. It feels like the restaurant may be trying to discourage customers from using the app or taking advantage of deals.
I had a great experience at this McDonald's. The food was excellent - fresh, hot, and delicious. However, the customer service could use some improvement. It would have been nice to receive a proper greeting and a thank you when paying, instead of just being handed our bags without any acknowledgment. Good customer service goes a long way in making customers want to come back again.
Every single employee is miserable behind the counter except the cashier. Manager is miserable too. It’s like a frikkin circus in here. It’s 3:45 on Friday March 1st. It’s really sad when the CUSTOMER starts to have a panic attack from all the chaos (unnecessary chaos) going on in the restaurant CAUSED by the Manager and Employees.

Every experience I've had at this restaurant has been disappointing, as something always goes wrong. I've faced missing items and late deliveries, and I've even had to return to the restaurant, which has made me late for work. To make matters worse, I’ve been treated rudely for circumstances beyond my control.
Really should find managers that know how to deal with customer service . Horrible attitudes on the am shift . In there every morning for the last year .. after this morning I’ll start going to burger king .. Hire employees that don’t need to holler at your customers ..
Manager was rude, refused to give us correct chocolate shakes, looked at us crazy and we asked why she said you ordered vanilla. Employee's corrected order, and she was still cursing us. Bad service. Drive
The late night drive thru attendant Stretch is amazingly entertaining and a delight to speak with over the drive through speaker. They're upbeat personality made a very long and bad day less painful.
