My favorite McDonald's visit of all time, not because of the food or necessarily because of the staff but because of what happened while I was there. There was an elderly woman with hearing aids who asked for two chicken sandwiches, the ones on the dollar menu, plain. The cashier confirmed her order as two McChicken sandwiches The combination of a mask on the cashier and the hearing aids on the woman it didn't come out clearly and the woman says no, no, no! NOT Mexican! PLAIN! I don't want anything on it The cashier reassures her that is just the name of it The woman says oh! It's in the oven?!! Are they the dollar menu ones ... the cashier was trying to compose herself, and she did a great...
the location bedford street regularly treats the shippers as if we are thebe they ask us to see our app and see the number of order, although we have given them the number of order. it does not play any roles, how often they were in the restaurant, as if they do not know that the manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have written to the company and talked to someone from the franchise I gave them a photo of the manager who is regularly abusive to me and hope that the situation is fixed because this has happened with this guy for two years
great customer service and for mcds, eating is always as good as in the chain. they miss the ride through, but now with the wheelchair they take it even easier. faster service with quality that you should be proud of. Go on.
Very clean, quick and friendly service,. Only thing which is not bad is the bathroom is for one person only so if you have a big group your gonna have to wait for your turn.

I requested three orders of strawberry preserves but only received two. Additionally, my meal was supposed to come with a hash brown, but it was missing.
This McDonald's is clean, up to date with all the bells and whistles for easy ordering. Conveniently located, fast friendly service. I'm lovin it

Nice quiet neighborhood. I found it quite interesting that all the employees could speak Spanish.
