Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

Very disappointed! I understand that we live in a time when places are understaffed, but how hard is it to get the famous McDonald's fries right? Keep them in the fryer a little longer. This is not just this location. Other McDonald's locations have been doing the same thing. Soggy fries are not appealing. Also, ordered no onions on my burger. Guess what? There were onions. I scraped them off, but geez.

The food is usually fully cooked and fresh, but the only problem is the wait times, I do understand that most places are understaffed but you should be able to get food in a timely manner, I guess they didnt have anyone watching the hashbrowns during peak breakfast hours, it took about 15 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered.

Ordered on line to pickup, paid with app and everytime they say that payment never went through. I even showed them that the amount pending and approved for purchase. But whatever. Thank God I only visit this place once every 2 months or less. Burger king rules.
