This review focuses more on the employee than the restaurant itself, as McDonald's locations are quite similar everywhere. I recognize that finding quality employees has been particularly challenging in the current COVID climate, which is why I feel it's important to highlight Arthur, the gentleman who took my order. Not only did he take my order and process my payment, but he also cooked the food and handed it to me himself, all while wearing a smile. His dedication is truly commendable. I remained polite throughout our conversation, but I was quite disappointed by the whole experience. As a manager at Menards, I would never treat a customer the way Leslie treated me. I usually don’t make complaints about orders, but after three instances of receiving poor food and service, I felt I had to speak up. Sadly, I was met with a very unhelpful and rude manager. I cannot recommend this restaurant, and I will not be returning.
I attempted to call before heading to this so-called "24-hour" establishment, but I was greeted with an odd 1990s dial tone. I decided to drive there, hoping that the "24-hour" claim was correct, only to be informed that I'd have to wait 15 minutes for the registers to be switched out. This isn't the first time I've encountered strange excuses when trying to get food in the early hours; the owners may want to address this issue.
Wow! I can't remember the last time this place got my order right! I'm really impressed with the daytime crew's turnaround. The triple cheeseburgers were hot and just the way I wanted them, the iced caramel mocha was refreshing and tasty, and the blueberry pie was warm and fresh. Thank you, McDonald's team! The driver was also quick, friendly, and efficient.

I placed a mobile order and two employees completely ignored me at the drive-thru window. They didn't bother to inform me that they were closed or anything. What a frustrating experience! I tried to call the franchise number posted on the window, but the voicemail was full. It seems like the issues start at the top. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
It's McDonald's, but without any counter service. I remember when you could walk into a McDonald's and see a long counter with 16 people ready to take your order. Now, you walk in and there are just two kiosks for placing orders. There's no counter service at all. People are just getting lazy these days. What happened?

The food was tasty and affordable, but the app was malfunctioning, which resulted in a 40-minute wait for our curbside order. However, this wasn't the restaurant's fault. Once we received our meal, it was fresh, hot, and delicious.

I visit this McDonald's every morning for a large coffee that I order via my app. I typically do curbside pickup, and the staff is always very friendly. I also make it a point to tip nearly every day to show my appreciation.
The chicken was a bit dry, but overall it was delicious.
