I honestly didn't think that I would ever leave a bad review for McDonald's but the experience here was awful. Somehow the food wasn't tasty as usual, 2 items were missing from the order, a bit of chaos giving out orders, a homeless person walked to our table while we were eating and asked for money TWICE (and there was a security guy but he was just watching if the homeless people don't go upstairs). I'm not giving 1-star here only because I really enjoy McDonald's (not this time but overall).

This is officially the worst McDonald's restaurant in midtown. For sure the worst I have ever been. Everything is literally up side down (photo). In addition to the poor service and nasty attitude from the cashiers, the place is filthy. The tables up stairs all nasty. Garbage full. There is no cleaning there. I will not talk about the restroom. Management should close it and allow customers only. I already bought my food and went up. Gosh I wish I hadn't. Worst. Zero stars out of 5.
They didn?t give me my mobile order. I asked them twice. They finally printed a new order for me after 30mins. Then I still got nothing after another 15 minutes. I left without anything. Very terrible service. I understand sometimes the system could have problems and lose an order. But at least be nice and apologize and fix it. Nope, nothing. Réservez une table maintenant

If I could give them no stars I would! It looks more raw in person then my phone can capture. Highly disappointed! I throw up last night! Thanks to this I will never eat out at fast food again. Don't even know why I started in the first place. If you get from here make sure the meat is cooked before eating.
Restroom is closed .. Upstair is closed .. Wasn?t a good experience. I am expecting so much from companies like you who gave their years of hard work to become who they are and today losing so much interest on their client after making Billions of dollars.
Buddy in the front doing the cashier on 7/19/22. 6:20p.m has the best customer service I received from any McDonald's from a long time. The place is a little dirty but they get five stars for having fast food and customer service. Réservez une table maintenant
People who work there are rude and nasty for no reason I canceled my order once I seen this water bug on the floor then I seen one dead smh avoid this spot ?
