The service at this restaurant is HORRIBLE! To start the manager that was on shift was an older white woman who was disturbingly disrespectful not only to her staff but to customers as well. I ordered my food at 12:37 pm today and did not receive it to 1:00. At 12:50 when I went to the counter to ask when my food would be ready she was already going back and forth with one of her employees about her not moving fast enough and then she PHYSICALLY pushed yes as in put her hands on) the young lady out the way and when the employee told her she didn’t have to do her that way she told her to go home. After all that she looked at my receipt to see which order was mines on the board but she didn’t...
You know, I hate to give every business a bad review, but I tried to get eat here and the lady who obviously the manager at this time was so rude. Now I know it's late and I understand how long it'll take. but the only one in the drive was thrown and waited 20 minutes is little long. but what makes me crazy is the fact that I order a 1/4 pound and pommes, and she forgot the rider and she messed it up. put it up again when I came to the first window, then in the second window she put her hand out of the window, I then pack it the window closed, and she did it expediently, and I was still the only one in the line. if she doesn't have to pay macdonalds really the lonely ones because I wouldn't...
With the exception of bland, meaning no salt, ? fries, this is exactly what you expect from McDonald's. Drive through is quick. Order very likely to be correct. I do seem to have a consistent issue with getting hot and salted fries here. They are always a bit surly about it when you walk them back in asking for salt or complaining the fries are cold; but really, how can McDonalds have cold fries in the middle of dinner or lunch Rush? ...And I do not care that your salt is metered by a salting device, I see it. Pass it over the fries once it's not enough, load it over ten times is too much. There MUST be a happy medium somewhere. TASTE your fries before you drive, or walk, away.
on 10th januar 2022 I ordered to eat at this place for my family. when I came home, a premium sandwich and a 10pc mcnugget were missing. my gf called and complained and the manager said that they would give us 2 free meals and a 10 pc nugget if we came in and wanted to get it. I call today (feb 6) to make sure that I can get the free food, and the worker on the phone says I'm not in the book and there's nothing she can do. it's about the 5th or 6th time that we had some stupid problems at this place. I think the workers who work here are intact, incompetent, low iq, lazy idiots. Save your money. you'd better eat outside in the gutter. at least you should get a better service. Cashier was having issues and I was given one total then charged another. Manager came over and they pressed some buttons and had me swipe again assuring me I would only be charged once. . Well a few days later and now I have both charges on my account. Different amounts though. I called and asked to talk to the manager and he wouldn’t even take my call and instead just told the employee who answered the phone to tell me to call my bank. An easy fix. I’ve managed restaurants for over 15 years .. you can absolutely fix it store level . Lazy . To not even take my call or look into it ? Never again.
I chose 1 star because they got the drink right. Worst McDonald’s anywhere! Employees are rude and can’t even make change of 10.05 from 20$ these are the people who make 13$ an hour those who can’t count to 20! Entire food order wasn’t even mine. I got a drink and someone else’s order. Close this McDonald’s as it has nothing but bad service and pot smoking employees to offer
My food was bagged at 6:05 sit and waited til 6:45 because drive thru back up. I shouldnt have to eat old, cold food . we couldnt eat because didnt sit under heat lamp sit on their counter for 45 minutes . lousy service even for a mcdonald's.also missing 2 fries and a big mac.
the worst mcd of all time! was never at a mcd that had a smoker dining room. something is serious with the drink machine, must be bad water because the tee saw and even tasted bad. the fries, mcnuggets, chicken sandwiches were all cold. the cheese feels like cheeseburgers.
