McDonald's - Réservation de table

For a McDonald’s, it ain’t really bad! Customer service is great, the food is pretty decent, it’s good, but if you are going there during late hours, chances are they may take over 10 minutes to give you your food, but that’s it’s only bad thing really! Other than that, this is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been in if you ask me!

We ordered a couple of Big Macs and fries. The young lady at the counter was incredibly charming and friendly. She delivered our order to the table and thanked us once more. The restaurant was spotless. When we return to this city, we'll definitely stop by again.

On November 5, 2023, at 5:01 AM, I arrived at the restaurant, which had a sign indicating that they open at 5 AM. However, upon entering the lobby, I noticed that the menus were illuminated but there was no food available. This seems to be a management issue.

I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and it never budged. I eventually went to Hardee's across the street, got my food, and saw the same cars still stuck in line. This was the worst experience ever. Service: takeout. Meal type: lunch. Rating: 1/5. Réservez une table maintenant

The general manager was rude and seemed unwilling to assist us. We waited for 10 minutes while the staff ignored us. The drink machine was out of order, and the dining area was unclean. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I encountered racism during my visit to this restaurant. An employee named Issca referred to me as a slave. I reported this to Chais, the manager, but he took no action. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food always good but they were working on the septic system by the order boards the smell was horrible l think they should have done this cleaning before or after hours Food: 1 Service: 3

It's a dependable option when you're in need of a meal. The service is consistent. I would rate the food a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3 as well. Réservez une table maintenant

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. The drive-thru employee was eating ice cream while handing out food and was very rude.

Very dirty. Staff isn't friendly at all. Food all over the floor and tables. I don't plan on going back.
