I have been a regular at the McDonald's in Snead, Alabama, for years, but recently both the service and food quality have declined significantly. My experience on the night of September 24, 2023, was the last straw. From now on, I'll be making the drive to Boaz or Attalla instead. The food lacks flavor, is often served cold, and if you customize your order, you should double-check it because it’s usually incorrect. Service was for takeout.
I like their fish sandwich and the nuggets. I just wished they'd serve icecream. In the last few days I've visited they've gotten my order right usually its not my order or it's wrong somehow. It's a convenient spot to refuel and grab a quarter pounder combo with extra mustard and onions, along with a Dr. Pepper. The service is fantastic. I’ll definitely visit again!
