Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 coffees and a big Mac meal. I was asked to drive to spot 1. To wait for my coffees. Noticed everyone in drive thru and curbside getting their orders but me. I then asked one of the girls taking orders to the curbside what was going on with my orders. She asked what I ordered. Keep in mind I had to stop her even though she had gone back and forth taking orders to vehicles.. she is like can I have ur receipt. They forgot about my order. Show up at 0350 been sitting here at the drive thru, said hello, they employee obviously sounded annoyed, told me to wait 0405 finally got back to me said only cash and breakfast rn, i said that's fine, she said ok, hold on now been waiting 30mins and employee still hadn't reached back. Finally when she reached back 35 mins later, once again said breakfast only and cash only, again I state it's ok. She takes my order asked if that's it I say yes, she asked if I'd like them as a meal, I say no, she once agains asks will that be all, again yes. She clearly isn't paying attention. Terrible service! Super long wait at curbside, had to call twice and still waited over 20 minutes. Got home and realized i had half of my 20 piece McNuggets and no sauces. Called and Michael placed me on hold to speak to manager and never came back on. Called numerous times and the line was just busy. When i finally got through the same guy Michael is now saying he’s the manager and after i explained what happened he was silent and then hung up on me!
The manger for the night shift omg she has the worst customer service anyone can receive the manger girl alone has an attitude and will talk like she is screaming idk who thought her how to me a manager but I always have some sorta of issue in this store and there employees not trying to work and having attitude. I wish for someone with a higher position than her because this is unacceptable

At my breakfast I had hair as if the bread had fallen out, something disgusting that even the desire was gone, apart from the fact that they only changed my combo and they left it there and no one came out until a girl gave it to me because I didn't even know it was mine I told them if I had it, they told me no, I should throw it away but I have photos, it looks disgusting.
Most McDonald's locations strive to provide quick service. The staff at this restaurant could improve their friendliness, especially in greeting customers. In my experience working in Illinois, we always made an effort to greet customers warmly, but here they only ask "How can I help you" or "May I take your order," which is disappointing.
Worst experience ever! Rude girl at drive thru! Then I ask for the manager and she is even worse! Would not give me her name and told me to leave with out getting my food! Then she proceeded to call the cops on me! I can't believe that they have that kind of managers working there!
no matter what I command, the drive thru they make me park on the side! How serious does it take that long to get a tee?! if it's still good, they should mention it. Come on, mcdonalds makes it better! every time I come, it's always the one or the other!

The restaurant took forever to bring my order and got it wrong. I'm not sure if it's a good or bad idea because they don't seem to take their job seriously.
I ordered a fish burger and it was as small as a cheeseburger. It was very tiny.
