This place is disgusting. Placed an order at 7:27pm, it’s 8:04pm as i write this review. Absolutely insane that management continues to have customers wait like this. What is the point in placing an order for pick up when it takes almost a hour to get? The food is cold as hell. Called up there at 8 to let this lady know, but she hangs up after i want a refund. I’ll continue to write negative reviews until a this establishment gets its act together. Service: Take out
You but a adult meal and like so many fast food places you get junior burger, it's how they deal with food price increases but it amazes me how some food places don't down size your meal to deal with price increases, so either they need new management to find better wholesale dealers or they need to stop being greedy on profits to better take care of customers instead of their pockets Service: Take out
Terrible! We specifically requested that our food be made fresh, but it arrived cold. The double cheeseburgers were a complete disaster; they looked like they had been hastily thrown together. We had to reassemble them just to eat. The quality at McDonald's has really declined! I will never waste my money on McDonald's again! Service: Takeout, Meal type: Lunch.

Just wanted to say thank you to Manager Susie R. For the fast and friendly service that we received while at this location. We were in and out fast and the food was fresh and was certainly delicious... I would very much recommend this location in Wharton!! Overall, I was really let down by the food, service, and atmosphere.
