Mcdonald’s - Réservation de table

Despite the relative kindness of the staff, I too often encountered errors in orders, both at Drive and delivery. Forgotten products, food options not respected, etc. It's frankly annoying even if corrections are sometimes made. The fact remains that once the order arrives the only option is refund and that is not what I am looking for. Explaining to a child that he will get money instead of his hamburger is not easy. Yesterday, November 12, 2024, we placed an order including 2 happy meals. I just want to respond to Mike N who commented 2 months ago. I don't see any problem in the fact that a Crew from this McDonald's said seventy-eight instead of seventy-eight, no but I'm dreaming.. it's a scandal for a number said in French it says poor Swiss but you like doing your shopping in France I remind you that the supermarket parking lots are full of Swiss : start by picking up your queues from France and then you will come and comment on it here. And I thank the owner of this McDonald's for his response to Mike. It's nice to see that the Crew are valuable.
