While it's true that this restaurant struggles to manage the high volume of customers—ranging from the general public to truckers and tour buses from the nearby sports complex and I-75—it's evident that they are making earnest efforts to provide a positive experience. I believe that by improving their employment conditions, they could attract a wider pool of applicants. The staff at this restaurant are amazing! Even though they are extremely busy, they still manage to handle everything efficiently. I did have one instance where a staff member lost their temper with me, but overall, the service is outstanding.
