I went inside since the drive thru line was so long. I waited 15 minutes for 2 large iced teas. The whole time I was there, people were coming in saying that their drive-thru orders were wrong and incomplete. The staff paid no attention to peopleinside and we're obviously struggling to keep up with the drive thru. If you're in a hurry, avoid this place.
This McDonald's constantly does not open on time making me late to work because I have to make a second trip to another McDonald's every time they are not open on time. Opening at 6 AM does not mean you get ready at 6 it means thedoors/drivethrough are open at 6. I went there at 6:33 this morning and still closed. This is a weekly occurrance.
I was very disappointed of the service that I received in the drive-thru. It seems like everyone working doesn't really care about their job. Maybe because everyone is quite young and they feel like they don't actually need the job or who knows why, butit was just quite disappointing to see the lack of interest in the customers. ????????
I've been going here for about 20 years. My dad used to take us as kids every other Thursday for dinner and we'd play in the play place. It's a typical McDonald's nothing special or bad about it. I haven't been in the play area in probably 15 years so can't talk about that, but the drive thru is usually pretty fast.
Been waiting over cashier more than 5 minutes and no employee show up to help, have to place the order myself at the kiosk, and when my order was ready, some of the employee just call my number and leave my order on the counter without asking if I need anysauce at all. Disappointing.
