The iced tea dispenser is empty again – how can that be? I'm really disappointed. Almost every time I visit, the iced tea dispenser is empty, no matter what time I come. For a restaurant like McDonald's, it should be standard practice to regularly check the beverage dispensers and refill them in a timely manner. It's annoying when you want to order something specific and it's unavailable every time. I really hope the team here will pay more attention to this in the future – because otherwise, I'm relatively satisfied with the location.
A gem in the culinary landscape. My favorites are the McKikok beef with caviar sauce and the Arctic prawn nuggets with truffle dip. Also delicious are the fillet of Dover sole and the whole roasted McKikok breast with Barolo jus. The ambiance and clientele are also pleasant: In other comparable restaurants, you primarily encounter people in tracksuits and overweight individuals with noisy children. Here, a more sophisticated clientele seems to be the focus, which is reflected in the aesthetically pleasing menu.
Table service was not provided despite being offered. This was probably due to a lack of motivation. The restaurant was sparsely populated, with few people present, yet the staff seemed unmotivated. The food ranged from lukewarm to cold, mostly cold. It tasted like it had been microwaved. The fries were unsalted.
If I could, I'd only give one star. I was just there and ordered a chocolate milkshake. I received something undefinable—a disgusting taste of sour milk, passion fruit, and coffee. Perhaps they should look into their hygiene...
