This place is disgusting. I ordered a bacon Mcrispy and went back because the burger wasn’t even on top of the bun. I waited for 10 minutes and got a new burger. I went to my car and took a bite, then realized it didn’t have bacon. I went back and showed them the burger and they took it back. I waited another 15 minutes and then the manager came and said “you’re still waiting?” She then grabbed a burger in a box off of the pile and handed it to me. I opened it and it was the same burger I had previously bitten only they had stuffed a piece of bacon on it and then put it with everybody else’s food. I told her this was un acceptable. I eventually got another burger and then didn’t even want to...
This location has the worst service. They told me to wait in the parking lot even though no one was behind me in the drive thru. I suppose they have to pad their wait time stats. Waited 15 minutes only to receive half my order. Waited another 5 minutes and got fed up and went inside. Got handed bag and the fries were missing. With another couple minutes and then left with the order. Got home and realized no straws were given for the drinks and the wrong dipping sauces were given ??This wasn't the first time this location has messed up my order or forgot to give straws.
Every morning, I visit this restaurant because I live nearby. However, the staff is often seen arguing and fighting with each other early in the morning, which is very unprofessional. The service is poor, taking 5 to 7 minutes just to take my order at the drive-thru. The food doesn't seem fresh, and neither does the coffee. I really hope they can improve the situation or consider changing the staff.
I arrived to place an order, only to find a new employee attending to me. To my dismay, the manager, rather than offering assistance, proceeded to subject the inexperienced individual to humiliation. This displays an appalling lack of work ethics. The manager was of Philippine origin, standing tall with short black hair. Réservez une table maintenant
I had quite an unexpected experience while dining here. I was suddenly pushed into the storage room, and I was really scared at first. But when I turned on the light, I found a furry character there who pinned me against the wall. Surprisingly, I actually enjoyed it! I give this place a 11/10.
