I don’t normally take the time to review places, but my experience here tonight was so wonderful I just had to give a shout out. I had a friend in town with her two littles, and I’d been wanting to try Tasty Tomato for a while, so that’s where we went. I had a glass of house white, the Insalata Mista (salad), and one of their pasta specials; a generous seafood mix. The rest of the table had similar. They started us off with ice water and classic focaccia with olive oil and balsamic. I’m pretty sure the bread was house made as well. This was my first experience. While I really wanted to leave a 5 star review, a few things needed improvement. To start, I had an incredible Insalata Caprese. Featured photos. Easily the best I've had both in flavor and in presentation. Great work chef!! I am Celiac so I had the gluten free pasta in the seafood Alfredo sauce. I requested a notch more garlic. The dish came out and it was incredible. Absolutely I would order this again. The fallen star come to the dessert. Sadly the gelato portions are very small and very high priced.
