I have been sitting at this McDonalds for 30 plus minutes. After sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes with no on acknowledging the customers at the speaker. I pulled around to see if they were open. The employees kept walking passed the window and would not acknowledge me. I waited 10 minutes got out the car and opened the drive through window to ask if they were open. A young man said they were cleaning I asked for the manager. My expectations for fast food restaurants are usually pretty low, but somehow this McDonald's managed to lower them even further. Sometimes, I just want a breakfast sandwich to start my morning, like any normal person. I go in early, especially when it's busy, but it seems like this location struggles to take orders in a reasonable amount of time. I see employees working inside, so can’t they at least let us know it will take a minute? I went back early one day, but ended up being late to work because I waited too long in the drive-thru. I wish I could separate my experience between day and night at this restaurant. The daytime service is fantastic, typically around 8 PM, but unfortunately, my experience during the night shift has been disappointing. Last Thursday, I approached the counter and noticed four employees sitting at a table, distracted by their phones, while I waited. Tonight, I waited for 30 minutes, only to be informed that they were just out of the items I wanted after finally making my way to the front. I was the only customer placing an order at that time. This mcdonalds has gone down hill in the last 5 to 10 years. We were only behind maybe 5 people. And we still had to wait almost 20 to 30 minutes to get our order taken. A good 10 of those minutes were spent at the speaker waiting for the worker. Then all the workers are on their phones or just all standing there with eachother laughing and not trying to get people their orders. The fries were gross and cold. There is another mcdonalds close by that I prefer to go to. It's just sad tbh... I don't know where management is....

I was rudely treated by the female staff who told me the dining area was closed while they ignored me in the lobby for an entire day, laughing and joking amongst themselves. They had a full staff, so there was no valid excuse for this behavior. I hope it wasn't motivated by racial bias, though these days, I'm not surprised by anything. My wife and I are an interracial couple, and it was disappointing for our children as well. I probably won't be returning; my family deserves better treatment.
Monday Aug 29th. Waited a while in drive thru line. Get to the microphone and they say they can only do orders up to $10. There are some meals that come out to over $10. Just confused about this. I understand employee shortages and stuff. But at least put up a sign so I don't waste my time in line. This is after multiple messed up orders in the past. Better off going down the road 3 more miles to the one on Telegraph. I was nice to the employee, not there fault. Bad management.
The waiter took my order and then requested payment after serving other customers from different countries before smoothly delivering my order. While there were moments when service could have been quicker and more efficient, I acknowledge that staffing shortages may have contributed to the delays. Occasionally, the service was slow due to a lack of effort rather than availability of staff. This is why I am giving this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5.
the only thing that is reliable with this mcdonald’s is that I know there will be a problem with my ordering or timing when we order from here. eating is normally lukewarm, the waiting period is long, and this last visit, 3 of the 5 burgers ordered were missing torf or quite the wrong sandwich. I know I shouldn't have had high expectations of fast eating, but I would expect them to have more literates than my friend.

One of the worst mcdonalds. Employees are cooking food and scratching their head, i walked out. Disgusting. After looking at their reviews i should of known. I will never be stepping in this place again. Reporting this to corporate is the best way this place gets help.
Just moved here in April and this is the closest McDonald's. They suck, they are so slow. Takes 10 minutes at the speaker. Ghetto
