I have been here ateast 5 times within the past month and there is always something wrong with my order either the food is cold and I have to go back and get a cooked order or something is missing in my order like sauce maybe even napkins or a drink this time I asked for extra butter and honey on my sandwich and it comes as dry as a napkin I can barely eat without having to drink immediately right after I asked for extra honey butter and they did not give it to me on either of my sandwiches the lady at the drive-through was rude and they are careless because I asked 2 to 3 times for extra honey butter I have not called back any of the times they messed up my order excerpt this time I finally...
Big lady forgot my fries. Thought she ate them at first but after knocking on the window for a minute, she came waddling back to which I told her she forgot some fries. Gave me fries. No apology. Just a simple mmhmm with an accent that borders an attitude. I 'd be more upset with her but it 's really the hiring manager 's fault for setting the bar so low on employment practices. On the plus side, this visit renewed my motivation to eat healthier by never returning.
Today was my VERY FIRST TIME coming to this wendys will definitely be my last , line was ridiculously long i waiting in line for about 15 minutes didn’t get acknowledged when I got to the speaker when i did , I kind of got attitude I ordered my food , went to it it , fries are cold , nuggets are cold , burger double stack cold burnt ! , by far thee worst wendys experience I’ve had , this wendys need to be shut down
Why open at 630 and not answer drive Thur and have people waiting in the drive Thur and no one answers. Placed a mobile order @8:45am and had two people in front of me pull off cause no one answered or even said hey, give us a moment, say something to reinsure customers that you're not ignoring them, I'll have to find another place for breakfast.

Ordered a baconator Triple on 8/27/22 between 10pm-11pm and when I get home it's a Dave's double. I paid over $13 for my meal and trusted that my order was correct. I should have went with my first instinct and checked that my order was correct before leaving. Y'all basically stole money from me.
The customer service was excellent. The food was fresh, hot, and ready to eat. They packaged the food neatly in the bag. The French fries were especially delicious—hot and fresh from the fryer. I will definitely be returning to this Wendy's!
The pandemic has brought about all sorts of challenges, but the team here was exceptional. They were friendly, and the food came out quickly. I know this is just a review, but I want to commend you all for the great work you're doing!
white lady on the window very rude and evil. 5 minutes for them to say hello to the loudspeaker and then gets a job because they only work two people. not my problem fixes her job and maybe the people would want to work with them

I always order the apple pecan salad. My only complaint is that I have to consistently ask for the extra pecans that I’ve already requested. Other than that, no problems at all.
