They don't know how to tell two people that their stupid hot chocolate machine was broken it took me and my sister's am hour to find out that we weren't going to get out hot chocolates but it takes them two seconds to grab a two chocolate milks

5 or 6 times, how, I've ordered a latte through skip and not had it delivered. this is on the restaurant, not skip, for those unaware, and we will not be ordering from here anymore.

I generally find the staff ;pleasant and the food often comes hot. Like any fast food establishment, it's not advised to going during peak times and expect error free orders

Great job tonight by the night manager. Tells her team what a great job they do during busy times. Keep up the great work very pleasant and happy.

Fries were disgusting. I usually eat everything I ordered.Not this time. Plus the prices are terrible.
