Today around 2:10 PM ,my husband went to this location to buy ANGUS it took him 20mins to have his order .The clerk who is working at that time make a lot of mistake on the order . it's not only us who complaint . Now , when I start eating my burger I found out that it's not ANGUS -it's in the box of angus BUT the inside is quarter pounder. I am really disappointed Not only that the meat is not properly cook . I usually recommend this to our client who wants to have a quick eats . But now ,never . :-(
Just ordered breakfast at the McDonald's on Ellice the bread had to be two days old hard as a rock asked for blue sprite for my grandson they didn't give it to me first they told me they had it and then the window said I don't know what they're talking about we don't have it then I had to ask a second time for the condiments with what we ordered!
Poor training and language skills are dragging McDonald's down.They want to be Starbucks or something, but to many choices cause the lineups to build and build, getting just a coffee can take ten minutes. Maybe do the coffee thing at a separate counter? They are always out of decaf.
I dropped into this McDs on Saturday morning for a cup of coffee. This location has a new ordering system whereby the customer punches in an order, gets a number and waits for the number to come up on the big screen. A simple cup of coffee took almost five minutes.

It's McDonalds.... Why even review it . The only thing about this location is it became more modernized before most of the other locations had. And nowadays a big mac combo is getting closer to $10. Pathetic.
On an airplane on this day and after waiting for a rental car was more than a little hungry. Saw the Arches and stopped in. Friendly host, organized order process. Pleasantly fed. Enjoy.
Not anyone's first choice for a dining experience but alright if you're on the run. The food's not great but what can you expect from McDonalds? At least you know what you'll get.
Nice layout of the facility and courteous staff, but the Big Mac and fries were stail... the automation and table delivery was a nice touch.
