The front line people of any organization are the ambassaders of the business and should conduct themsevles in a respectful fashion. This has not been my experience at this McDONALDS, not once but twice. The women trying to take my order seemed asthough she were high on drugs and couldn't control her giddiness to such a degree that she wasnt able to take my order (annoying and frustrating). I then summoned the swing or shift manager for resolution for my concerns, but he seemed more concerned about sheltering the employee from remedial action. The employees that work the drive thru need to be trained on customer service. There is only 1 lady, with a piercing, that actually does her job well. There are 2 young adults that are usually working when I go there. They barely say anything at the speaker, they don’t repeat your order, or give you a final price. So you have no idea if they got your order right and you don’t have your money ready when you get to the window. At the window they don’t say anything to you, if they do it’s bare minimum. Nuggets, VERY ,VERY OLD! ROCK HARD! And was given the wrong drink!! Went to guzzle a nice coke and ice, and it was super sweet Rootbeer! Uuuugh nasty! By the time I went all the way back, it was a huge line, so I just went to 7-11 and got a slurpee!! Has anyone tried to complain on their app?? or website? well don't, they make it impossible and im 10x more angry now, then when I started! I don't even want it replaced, I microwaved my lovely food, and replaced my own drink, I'm good, just wanted to show the pics of what I received! Things aren't cheap...took a chance on trying mcdonalds again and basically was kicked in the butt..sucks!
Watch the food that you are serving and make sure it is always fresh. It is not acceptable that you still served the food that is already out of quality time in your holding area. The fish fillet that you served to me is as hard as a rubber and the fries is saggy and not anymore crispy. Those kind of food are supposed to be in the trash and not to be serve.

We often stop at this location when driving home along Main St. before reaching Chief Peguis bridge. Always had good service and well-prepared food here. Place is usually clean. Like to have complimentary copy of the SUN paper available which they sometimes have on hand for reading.

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest McDonald's I've been to ever! It was also very quick even though there was a good amount of people in here.
Great stop close to home for a quick bite. Drive thru is always quick, have never had an order messed up here, staff are always friendly.
