I waited seven minutes at the counter before anyone appeared. When a woman finally came over, she didn’t greet me or acknowledge that I was there. Instead, she immediately began placing her own order and left without letting anyone know a customer was waiting. A couple of minutes later, another staff member showed up but was also unfriendly. The restroom was dirty and smelled bad, so I chose not to use it. Although my food arrived quickly, the fries I ordered as large were actually small. When I returned to the counter to complain, no one was there, so I just ate the fries and left. This was the worst experience I've had at McDonald's.
This crispy chicken sandwich was honestly the worst I've ever tasted. It didn't have any sauce whatsoever. I recommend saving yourself the trip and just going to the nearby Popeyes instead.
The staff at McDonald's work incredibly hard despite having to deal with some very difficult customers. There are many rude people, but ignore them—you all are amazing. Thank you!
I ordered a Hamburger Happy Meal for my daughter. Everything was as expected and served quickly, except they forgot to include the apple slices.
