I don’t know what type of misunderstanding or blatant ignorance the staff members have here, but in my two years of living and dining at this McDonald’s they are yet to give me a fully correct order. I order extra pickles? They’ll give me specifically one more as some form of mockery. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles and was served a hamburger with a whole bottle of ketchup and one singular pickle. Employees are rude, lazy, incompetent and full of attitude. Never coming back.Btw the fries are limper than a 95 year old man with E.DDO BETTER!
The service was absolutely awful! The staff appeared to be around 14-16 years old. It took 25 minutes to receive a basic order, and the tables and drink area were extremely dirty. We had to wait 5 minutes just to ask for a straw since the station was empty. On top of that, when we got back to our car, we realized an order was missing. Overall, a terrible experience and I will not be returning.
You ask yourself how do you rate a McDonald's low? Easily. They weren't very nice here and extremely slow. I'm sorry to say once we did get our food. 15 minutes of waiting In the car for two breakfast sandwiches. The guy who brought us the food was very nice. But still unacceptable for McDonald's.
