the sugar shack the two pig heads is an intimate place that offers an evening as it should be when we go to a sugar shack. Everyone arrives, we can take the time to greet each other, sit on individual and comfortable chairs, tell stories. short of taking family time. Isn't that the purpose of going to eat in a sugar shack? the evening begins with small toasts (large variety of breads) on the stove accompanied by good homemade jams and cretons. a wonderful coffee bar, hot chocolate and tea/tisane is available throughout the evening. What a tasty meal with out of the ordinary staff. everything was perfect, the principle is different, bread bar on a real oven as in time with jams too good houses. Then, the meal and desserts are served as a buffet but where they serve. It's decaying, so let's go back. long life to these two pig heads :-).
