I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I ordered through the app but never received my food. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my money back. When I spoke to the manager about the issue, I was told that refunds could only be made for in-person orders and that I was at fault for using the app. Despite showing proof of my order, he refused to assist me and claimed I didn't have a coupon code. I tried to reach out to customer service several times but got no resolution. It took three days for the charge to show up, and even then, I still couldn’t get my money back. Typically, the coffee here is amazing. However, I'm not sure who was in charge of the cooking and coffee today, but our breakfast ended up being thrown away—it was completely inedible.
