This restaurant consistently provides excellent service. When we visited tonight and used the drive-thru, we were greeted by name by a friendly young lady at the first window who complimented the seats in my car. She was cheerful and engaged in conversation while taking our payment. At the pickup window, we were welcomed by a fantastic young man, who I assume is an Asian immigrant. He greeted us warmly and informed us that our food would be ready in 30 seconds, although it was even faster than that. When I mentioned this to him, he insisted that he was true to his word. I use to order here on regular basis, after going off from my work after midnight, i prefer to eat here, but don’t know what’s wrong is going with night staff, around every time i pull my car by drive thru, a girl just says ‘we are doing cash change so can’t take your order for mintues.. !! the way she talks is rude .. i suggested them that i can order online so if they can make it, but they make same Excuse everytime, its been times now,, (so why they written open hours? need to improve the overnight staff..
they certainly had their heights and deep. and they make mistakes quite often, but the institution of the new app has really changed how we visit mcdonalds. I'm now in a position to preorder everything and send it to the kitchen and as soon as I arrived, just press a few buttons on the phone and I can have delivered it on board. Now that they started that everything really got much better. I also enjoy my free points and get the children to a leak if we go without extra cost because I can spend my points
We are in a pandemic! Stop handing me the coffee cup by the lid ie holding the cup by the lid with your fingers where i put my lips to drink it! Hold it by the sides. I also know that when you put the lid on you push it down with your palm or fingers also getting germs where I but my lips! This is not good.
