My dad and I were pulling up to the speaker and the lady was talking thru the wrong speaker, we only heard her because she was getting aggravated that we weren’t responding and she started yelling. When we told her she is talking into the wrong speaker she gave us attitude when we ordered like it was our fault. We waited in line for 7 min AFTER we ordered all we got were 4 drinks and ended up leaving without anything because the line was at a dead stop the whole time.
Despite the fact that they often forget to include all of my food items in the bag, I still enjoy dining at this restaurant. There have been moments when the staff has overlooked me while I waited at the front counter for several minutes, but there have also been times when they exceeded my expectations. It really seems to depend on which team members are on duty at that moment.
I’m not usually a fan of McDonald's, but since my kids love it, we visit occasionally. This McDonald's location, however, surprised me with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The staff at the drive-thru were exceptionally kind and helpful. I’ll definitely bring my kids back here, not just for the menu, but for the outstanding service!
I love seeing Arnita's warm smile as I drive up, and I genuinely hope she receives all the blessings she deserves for her friendliness towards strangers. I give her five stars, and I look forward to my breakfast at this location every morning! Réservez une table maintenant
I Ordered a mobile pick up order at 11pm, and they brought my food out very quickly and the lady was super nice even though it was late and I'm sure she was tired. Very pleasant experience, definitely my favorite location in Tampa
I usually visit late at night, and I always look forward to it. There's one lady who is consistently vibrant and shares spiritual messages with me every time I come in. She truly excels at customer service.
I really enjoy this location, but it's consistently busy. I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a hurry. Even with the double drive-thru, it took me about 20 minutes to place my order and receive my food.
You kinda know what you're gonna get at MD. Employees talk too much, use too much profanity complain about customers wanting extra sauces for nuggets. Unprofessional. Chick-fil-A would never...... Réservez une table maintenant
