"This location has a huge play park with plenty of spots for parents to sit/eat while their kids expend energy. Great for locals and passing-thru. Good service levels but food is always a bit cold here."

Sept 7, 2015 at drive through. Very slow moving g in the double lane this they have now. Place and order for 2 Big Macs, 2 large coffe, one with 2 cream, one with 2 sugar. Pull ahead and wait for 3 cars ahead. I hear them on speaker to person behind me, "before we start just letting you know we have no debit or credit". I overheard but had cash so was ok. The two cars in front of me had been waiting for their order and we're told at the pay window cash only. Both had to leave without their order as no cash. When I got to the pay window I told the girl why would you have just not let them have their food free since it will get thrown out now and they waited for order. She replied " one order...
Came here for lunch w/the bf. We had special orders. I had the country chicken (crispy) & the bf had a McChicken meal (used on line coupons). The special orders were hot chickens and extra sauce on one. We took a seat w/cups to get fountain drinks. We wanted ice for the drinks & found one dispenser out of ice (how?). Then we sat down at a table. Lobby was unable kept & no napkins. The meals were delivered to the table but one the sandwiches didn't make it. It was dropped on the floor & had to remake (that's fine). When the sandwich finally made it, there was no extra sauce on it. Up note though the fries were really hot & fresh. Overall, it was ok experience - it is McDonald's.
A few months ago I ate a chicken snack wrap and found mold on my wrap. I called them without much of a response. Decided the end of my visits to McDonald's. Yesterday on our way out of town we reluctantly stopped for breakfast. They had no eggs after telling us we were the last that could get breakfast. Hmm not starting the year out well. Then the turn around. Julie the manager was amazing and accomidated us with the new burger with potatoe. She was wonderful as were all the staff. It was the best burger I have ever had. So Julie won me over. I may not order another snack wrap but will always order their coffee.Thank you Julie and staff.
On our way home from Ottawa early Sunday morning, we had grabbed a quick bite before leaving but were getting peckish by the time we hit Brockville. We had our usual Sausage McMuffins and coffee which we received very quickly. This was early and the place was already busy, so others must feel the same as we did, but the most striking thing was the cleanliness of the eating area, everything was clean ad clear and did not take long to be bused after the table was emptied. Some locations still have food from many past visitors on the seats and the floor, not so here. This was a quick stop but it was impressive. Well done.
I was driving towards Toronto from Ottawa and wanted to get some kind of a breakfast, found this place and they where still showing they serve breakfast. Waited in line and found out that I was 2 minutes over the breakfast time. They didn't wanted to serve me. I think that sometime, you should add a little bit of gray on a black and white world, and this can be one of the cases.
While returning from our tour to Mont Tremblant, we and our family spent a few minutes at this restaurant by sitting out and having some tasty burgers and fis -o- fillet sandwiches. It was nice to take a break as well enjoy quick ones with some cuppochino coffee. The place is having a good layout and service is fast. Enjoyed the stop over.
It seems every time we going through the drive through it is wrong. Went tonight and order nugget meal, 2 1/4 lbs meals, 3 cheeseburgers, kids meal. Any they forgot the nuggets. Can't call to complain as I don't have a receipt. I checked my order but the bag was so packed I couldn't see the bottom.
