Went to drive thru and as usual got the order soooo wrong even after we told her the right way then she says I don't know how to tell you the order is right! Really we came to tell you what we want not what you think we should eat. Our food was cold the hamb was suppose to be no cheese on it of course it had cheese on it and one burger was dry and nasty! We use to go to this McDonald's a lot but it has gone downhill for a while. Never again going to another one. The managers really need to do something .
The service we received tonight was exceptional, to say the least! The man working the drive-thru was great (I believe his name was Josh). He was patient and helpful while I was having issues with my app. The food was made quickly and was fresh! Honestly, Josh helped turn what was becoming a stressful situation into a convenient stop for a late dinner. I wish there were more employees with positive attitudes like the one I saw today! I have never received such service at any other McDonald's. Thank you!
There are a lot of good about this location. My only issue is, you have a female employee handling people's food with very disgusting looking hands. I did not eat after she handed me the food. I am not the only one who have felt disgusted. At least wear a pair of gloves or something. I do not want this lady handling my food so I've started going to a different location even though this location is convenient.
This McDonald's location in Minnesota is incredibly reliable. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is very clean, and the employees are extremely friendly. Many of the staff members have been working there for years and are always cheerful, whether inside or at the drive-through. Our kids particularly enjoy the McDonald's Obstacle Course as well!

I called the manager to tell him that my pancakes were cold and I love right by .. He said he would replace him but he didn't offer any kind of credit or next meal for free. I don't think I'm going to order pancakes for a while my own preference.
Got the order wrong after arguing with me it was right. Dont think i should be leaving there mad and even madder when i get home and find it all wrong..staying out of that drive thru..I am not going back..
It's McDonald's, they charge too much nowadays for the same stuff they've always had. I will say their fries are usually pretty fresh compared to other McDonald's. Nice staff, forget the dips sometimes
I love this place. The staff is friendly and make an effort to build relationships with their customers. I especially appreciate the morning shift.

Went there to get something to eat. And they had everything I wanted and it was served fast and fresh.
Service was a little slow, but other than that all was good.
