may be the world. I was in many mcdonald’s; from the coast to the coast in the usa, in whole canada and many in Europe in recent years including some of their first restaurants in California. this is the absolute worst location where I've ever been. the order is never right, eating is always cold, the rolls are always stone, and the service is at best slow. it does not play any role when they order their order in French or in English (or both) they simply cannot seem to order anything they order in the bag or on the tablet. it's always missing something or something completely different from what they ordered. oh, and I mentioned that eating is always cold (not...read more
Oops. This comment was meant for the one in St Henri May, I really don't get how this place manages to keep employees. I live across the street and come here a lot in the evening. This manager called Natalie is constantly screaming LOUD in a horrible nasally voice. My roommate and I have left several times because of her. I worked at McDonald's for yrs until I finished graduate school so I know about how it works and this woman is LOUD and BOSSY but seems completely incompetent, scatterbrained, and SLOW. Refused to serve us. We showed up there late at night looking for food we tried to go in and the door was locked so we walked up to the drive through window just like at any McDonald's and were told that they didn't accept walkers at the drive through the drive thru I explained that I had been drinking and didn't feel comfortable driving. I was told I don't care if your drunk you need to be in a car
even ordered with their new kiosks so did not have to wait in the line. used apple pay, the checkout made so much faster. they even had a sensor, so we sat at the table and eat was delivered. tried the own angus burger and it was delivered as I ordered it. it took a little longer for eating, but the service was friendly. the drive-thru experience here is quite frustrating. this place forgets straw, serviettes, at least give them the time. They give them their drink during the waiting, but not with a straw. the experience in the restaurant is always pleasant. good customer service and facilities are very clean.
