This restaurant is an absolute disaster. I have gone here many times, as I have lived in the area for a few years now. The only thing I can think of, if giving the benefit of the doubt, that the employees have a vendetta against me. I have ordered one sweet and one unsweet iced tea and drove away with two sweet teas many times. I have said no onions and drove away with burgers covered in onions many times. The part that I can 't get over is that the order was taken right; the receipt says exactly what I ordered. I went to this McDonald's yesterday and had a Big Mac value meal , no pickle. Large size. I had no top burger,no top condiments or cheese! About 2 months ago I ordered a double quarter pounder value meal no pickle and they left my burger on the counter! I called. They never gave me the money or burger back! I will spend more gas money to go further up the street to the McDonald's on saltsburg road! Pictures uploaded.
Don 't go here if you order ahead thru the mobile app! The app won 't say til you park curbside that there 's an error with your order and to go in drive thru, only to be told they never received your order! and then continue to tell you 'nothing we can do, we 're a franchise and the app is corporate ' Another Mcd disappointment two nights in a row! McDonald's is a place that almost everyone has been to at least once. This particular location has undergone a recent remodel and now looks great. It operates more efficiently than many other McDonald's in the Pittsburgh area. The staff is always friendly, and I have never had any issues with the food. Overall, it is a reliable choice when you need a quick meal.

Wanted to order a double quarter pounder meal and just get a cup of ice as the drink to put my own water in, was told they would have to sell each item separately which would make it cost more. The notion that I have to pay more when the only difference isme getting less food is ridiculous.
The majority of employees at this restaurant lack basic customer service skills and are incredibly rude. However, there are a few standout employees, including the manager, who know how to properly treat customers. It's unfortunate that these are the only McDonald's locations in my area.
Terrible customer service, be warned if you have any problems with their systems or their app they will just tell you contact your credit card company and take no steps on their end to make it right.
Had an issue with a burger and told junior about it. Him and Elle re made the whole meal and corrected the issue above and beyond any expectations.

Ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel. Bagel completely burnt. Terrible. Of course I was already a half a mile away. Tossed it. Usually very good.
Coffee is good food ok hours in Verona are not so great.
