Today, my experience at the McDonald's drive-thru for breakfast was disappointing. When I got home, I discovered that my order was incomplete. I think I either need to order fewer items or check my order while I'm still in the drive-thru lane to avoid slowing down the line. I really don't want to make the long drive back. I feel that the staff should double-check orders before handing them to customers. Additionally, they should offer a receipt or at least check if the customer wants one. I'm not satisfied with my visit today, and it will be a while before I consider returning.
I stopped by for a quick meal after a long day, and unfortunately, my experience at the drive-thru was quite unpleasant. The woman at the window was very disrespectful. After placing my order, I drove to the next window to pay for my food. When she handed me my change, she dropped half of it on the ground and just stared at me. She then quickly closed the drive-thru window, and as she did, I could hear her laughing and mentioning to someone else that she had dropped the change. I am truly shocked by the level of disrespect from the night shift staff here.
This is the worst McDonald's in Minnesota! I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes tonight and ended up leaving without placing an order. This delay was significantly longer than usual, and I’ve found that it's consistently slow with my orders almost always being wrong. This location really needs to shut down, or at the very least, the management should be replaced with someone who knows how to run things effectively. Given its high-traffic area, it deserves to have a fast and reliable restaurant.
I did curbside pickup, and the employee who brought out my meal was very professional. He even suggested that if I needed extra ketchup, I could either drive through the window to get some or he could fetch it for me. Since I was in a hurry, he had some on hand, which was enough for me. To the young man who delivered my lunch, keep up the good work! You reminded me of my own experience working in fast food at your age, and it’s clear you’re getting the right training.

This McDonald's had the worst hygiene I've ever experienced. The food was undercooked, and the female managers had an overly authoritarian attitude, which was inappropriate for their positions in a fast-food setting.
Have not been in a McDonald's in years, but had no choice. Hate the kiosk ordering. That is not customer service. If I ever go again, will do the drive thru.
