Myself and my cousin stopped here for something to eat, the kids wanted to play on the play place. My son's autistic so it was not ideal from the start but the lady sweeping the floor was harassing us. We were sitting down to eat with the kids by the entrance doors no where near the play place just talking about whatever and does this lady stop dead middle of sweeping and rudely says you need socks in the play place. Which the kids were not even in there, near there as I said we were finishing eating and leaving. She gives me a dirty look and walks away. Also no free refills?! In a play place McDonald's. Get real a multi billion probably dollar company franchise and you can't give free refil...
Worst customer service experience ever! Usually get some sandwiches on the way home from here. There has been missing toppings and sandwiches in occasions which I have ignored since we always order more than we need. Today the kids wanted some sandwiches and so ordered 1 each and come home and they forgot 1 sandwich. When called the manager David said he personally bagged the order and he had put all the sandwiches. I understand mistakes happen, if there was a mistake accept responsibility and correct the mistake no one is going to call and lie about 1 McDonald sandwich David, Your sandwiches are not worth that much!
I had meals plus 3 chocolate milkshakes 1 slide off tray I was carrying I asked for assistance too clean up also for refill which was declined said I would have too purchase it I know for a fact you get paid for spillage I have been frequenting this Macdonalds for 7yrs since my twin boys were 1.1/2 yrs old but after that day I will be going to A&W then inside park in wianon
