I recently visited this McDonald's at the mall for lunch with my grandchildren. We decided to dine in because the drive-thru was very busy. The restaurant was also quite crowded inside. However, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the manager. She was rude, loud, and handled a situation with an employee in a very unprofessional manner. When I had an issue with my order and tried to address it with her, she accused me of not having anything in my pocket at the time. I threatened to contact the company office, but she brushed it off and said she didn't care. I have decided to take my business to Burger King and Wendy's on Kirkwood Avenue for lunch in the future. What is it with McDonald's giving you a regular Quarter Pounder when you order a Double Quarter Pounder? Not just at this location but several others have done this to me. This time they even put it in a Double Quarter Pounder box.

Loves the milkshakes and the double cheeseburger. You need to work seriously on customer service. Staff are rude and don't worry.
