In my working life, I frequently visit a McDonald's from lands end to Scotland, daily, I have had to use this particular outlet a number of times now, I use the drive-through, and every time I do, it's the wrong order, by the time I notice, I'm already out on the road, except this time, this time I drive round, entered the queue yet again, asked why my order is incorrect, nothing, not even an apology, the food it's self, poorly put together very slap dash, this outlet needs a good looking at, training won't go a miss ether, pull yourselves together, if another McDonald's opened up in truro, you would lose. If Jamie the duty manager has ever attended a customer service course I would be amazed. Unhelpful, rude and any issues contact the app team it’s nothing to do with me or the store. Verging on passive aggressive and wouldn’t be someone I would employ to deal with any customer and full sympathy to his team . Oh yes and food orders generally always wrong so check before you drive as they like to put the things in you don’t want . Ordered at 6:15. Food picked up at 6:42. Food delivered stone cold at 20:17. No ability to chase order. McDonald’s blame UBER. McDonald chose their delivery partner. Order went back to McDonald’s with one driver, then they sent the same food out again. Same food. Imagine being happy to send out food at 8pm that has been bagged at 18:42. This is not the first instance of shoddy service and cold food. Never be eating there again. I recommend you don’t either.
